2026 FIM MOTOTOUR OF RACES
SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS
Reg. 1
The 2026 FIM Mototour of Races is organized by RFME (Spanish Motorcycling Federation) on behalf of the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) and the Touring and Leisure Commission (CTL). The event will be held from the 15th of October to the 20st of October 2026 according to the FIM Code, to the rules of the FIM, to these Supplementary Regulations and to the FIM Environmental Code. It will take place in the Geographic Region of south-western Spain (Andalusia).

Reg. 2 Participation in the Mototour of Races
The number of participants will be limited to 20. Entries will be accepted from the 1st of April 2026 until all 20 places are covered, or until the closing day of the entries 31th of May 2026.
It is advisable to check the availability before sending the payment. The entries are going to be processed according to the principle: “first come, first served”, based on the date of payment received.
The main focus of the event is the “inside” view of a FIM SBK RACE in Jerez, Spain by meeting with race riders and officials, as well as riding along the chosen itineraries and of ensuring participants safety along with their acquaintance to the less traveled, picturesque routes of the region.
Τhe total distance travelled during the event will be around 600 km.
During the tours, light lunches and refreshments will be provided. Accommodation and dinners will be organised in town of El Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz ( Crisol Monasterio de San Miguel )
Reg. 3 Entries
Entries must be sent by filling all required fields in the entry form to email address:

As soon as the acceptance is confirmed by the Organisers, payment of the full amount must follow within 2 days in order to guarantee a reservation. The entries are going to be processed according to the principle: “first come, first served”, based on the date of payment received.
In case of the payment received after we reach the full capacity (20) it will be returned (money transfer costs will be deducted from the refund, SHA for EU).
Entries may be accepted after this date at the discretion of the Organiser – should be checked with the Organiser prior to making payments.
If the Organiser decides to accept entries after the closing date for entries, a surcharge of up to 15% to the entry fee may be imposed.
Reg. 4 Participation Fee
The participation fee is 875 € per person in double room accommodation. There is a single room supplement of 230 € (see Reg. 7). Participation fee must be paid in full (100%) to the following account:

All payments will be made in Euros (€). The transfer costs are to be paid by the expeditor (SHA for those in EU).
Reg. 5 Closing date for entries
Entries will close as soon as the 20th participant completes his/her payment, or by 31th of May 2026.
Reg. 6 Services for the participants, gifts, souvenirs etc.
Every participant who has paid the registration fee receives the following minimum benefits:
- Participation in the FIM Mototour of Races 2026
- Guided tours of the area as well as to and from the circuit by experienced Motorcycle Tour Assistants.
- Entrance to the Museums mentioned in the Event Program
- Video, drone and photo coverage of the event.
- Commemorative T-shirt, and motorcycle stickers. Other souvenirs - gifts at the discretion of the organizer.
- Accommodation in the Hotel Crisol Monasterio de San Miguel for the duration of the event (5 nights) in double or twin rooms (with a supplement for a single room usage).
- Hotel parking for the motorcycles. The hotel will also be the starting point of all tours.
- All meals during the event are included (Light lunch may be provided in the form of a “lunch box” for the days in the circuit and routes).
- 1st day (15/10): Welcome drink, dinner
- 2nd day (16/10): breakfast, light lunch, dinner*
- 3rd day (17/10): breakfast, light lunch, dinner*
- 4th day (18/10): breakfast, light lunch, dinner*
- 5th day (19/10): breakfast, light lunch, dinner*
- 6th day (20/10): breakfast and farewell
*No drinks included. Water included.
- Special Diet Provision - it is important to check and explain in the respective box of the Entry Form.
- No alcohol consumption will be allowed during the tours. (Possible expulsion from the event based on the decision of marshals).
Reg. 7 Accommodations
Hotel reservations (in double rooms) are included in the participation fee (Reg. 4). All payments will be in Euros (€) and must cover all bank transfer costs (except for EU – SHA).
There is a single room supplement of 230 € for all days.

Reg. 8 Cancellation of event
The organizer can cancel the event if the number paid participants is less than 10 by the closing day of the entries 31th of May 2026. or in the case of absolute necessity.
In case of cancellation of the event, the participants who submitted their payments before the closing day of entries will be notified and refunded (money transfer costs will be deducted from the refund, SHA for EU)
Reg. 9 General
Cancellation of registration
- Cancellation until 31 May, 100% will be refunded
- After the 31th of May until 31th of August 50% will be refunded (money transfer costs will be deducted from the refund, SHA for EU)
- After the 31th of August no refund will be possible.
SR – The English version of this document is always determinative.
Reg. 10 Administrative Centre
The Administrative Centre will be open from 15 October 10:00h in the Hotel.
Reg. 11 Awards and Classification
No awards and classification will be done by FIM
However, Organisers may present their awards and classification with prior approval from CTL Jury President.
Reg. 10 Disqualifications
Under supervision of the Executive Committee, participants can be officially disqualified if necessary. The decision of the Executive Committee will be final on this matter.
Reg. 11 Responsibility of the participants (Liability of the Authorities, Organizers and participants)
According to the CTG (Art. 11) and Art. 19 (Touristic Gatherings of Category A) all participants must be in possession of a valid driving license and the appropriate accident and 3rd party liability insurances valid for the countries through which they will pass. Furthermore, the participants undertake the responsibility to indemnify and exonerate the FIM, the FMNR, the organisers and the officials, as well as their employees, officers, and agents from any third-party liability for any loss, damage or injury, for which he/she is jointly and severally liable.
Participants allow the organizer to take and publish photos or videos, in which they may appear individually or in groups, with or without their vehicles, which will be taken during the event.
Police and “marshals” instructions on the guided tours must be followed.
Reg. 12 Rider Conduct and Protection of the Environment
Motorcyclists are expected to consider other road users (CTG Art.3).
Article 1.2 of the Environment Code – Rider Conduct:
a) Individual motorcyclists should develop riding habits to ensure full integration with other types of road users.
b) Ride safely and avoid aggressive and competitive riding.
c) Save petrol and reduce pollution by avoiding unnecessary idling of engines.
d) Ride politely and limit noise pollution by using your horn only in an emergency.
e) Noise annoyance. Use standard or another quiet exhaust system and keep audio systems at a low level.
f) Use only routes which are open to motorcyclists.
g) Ride like a professional by riding at a quiet and unobtrusive pace when riding in groups.
h) Respect nature by not travelling on paths which risk being damaged beyond a point of natural recovery.
i) Protect wildlife and its natural habitat by riding intelligently.
j) Ensure that your used oil, tyres, batteries and other recyclable items are properly recycled.
k) Encourage a rational use of fuel and space economy by using motorcycles instead of driving automobiles.
l) Remember that our cities and our roads are not circuits.
